The Hodge Residence in Cleveland, Tennessee, is more than a century in the making of this historic restoration turned masterpiece. Beyond preserving its original façade, we expanded and infused every imaginable finish into the home. The highlight is a meticulously lacquered staircase, pairing perfectly with the monochromatic lacquered library. Hidden doors, a barrel vault, board and batten details, and carefully crafted coffered ceilings show our depth. Wallpaper installations add further texture, blending harmoniously with Farrow & Ball’s palette matte on walls, flat ceilings, satin trim. Austrian white oak accent walls were thoughtfully stained and sealed with a matte polycrylic. With a full interior and exterior transformation, this rare residential gem is a testament to our finest work even if residential is not our norm.
