dReam Team Finishes was selected to deliver interior painting, select exterior finishes, and wall covering for SpringHill Suites in the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida — an eight-story property boasting nearly 200 guest rooms (186 keys total). Located at the corner of Tampa and Franklin Avenue, the project sits in one of the city's most prominent downtown corridors and includes custom-stained Ipe wood exterior accents, giving the property a warm, high-end architectural finish that stands out on the skyline.
