Riverport Road is a sprawling industrial landmark, spanning over 100,000 square feet of prime real estate along the Tennessee River in Chattanooga. Our role encompassed full interior painting, including seven mezzanines and stair assemblies across seven bays, alongside a complete exterior overhaul. We applied water-based alkyd urethane on the metal columns out front, and provided comprehensive life-and-safety painting—from safety red on structural columns to highlight fire extinguishers, to yellow marking gas lines and curbs. As a prototype showcase, this project exemplifies our expertise in large-scale industrial finishes. We also painted the CMU block at the dumpster bays and sealed all rear concrete, ensuring a pristine, durable environment.
