Requires vocational or on-the-job training in a skilled blue-collar field. Demands mastery of commercial painting systems, specialty finish application, wallcovering installation, and industrial coatings — executed to the highest standard on every project.

Applies specialized knowledge of construction takeoffs, scope analysis, job costing, and pre-construction documentation to support accurate, profitable project execution.

Administrative coordination at the executive level; manages operations, communications, scheduling, and special initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

Applies specialized knowledge of B2B lead generation, content creation, brand management, and marketing analytics to drive qualified pipeline and build dReam Team's presence in the commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Any clerical activity including bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and financial record-keeping. Operates within established accounting procedures and reports directly to the Financial Controller or CEO.

Receives instruction from executive level; administers financial policy, oversees all accounting operations, and partners with the CEO on strategic financial decisions.

Provides direction to workers and participates in the workload. The Foreman is both a working craftsman and a crew leader — responsible for quality of every surface, safety of every person on the jobsite, and the daily communication link between the field and the Project Manager.

Receives instruction from executive level; responsible for administering organizational policy across active construction projects. Owns the GC relationship, the schedule, the budget, and the crew from award through final punch and closeout.
