Vision. Integrity. Relationships. Tenacity. Service.
Chattanooga, Tennessee | Cuban American-Owned | MBE Certification In Process
Dream Team Finishes is a specialty commercial finishes contractor committed to delivering exceptional results on and off the jobsite. This report outlines our Environmental, Social, and Governance commitments — the standards we hold ourselves to as we build toward a $100M enterprise rooted in integrity.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
People First. Community Always.
At Dream Team Finishes, social responsibility isn't a policy — it's the culture we build every day on and off the jobsite. From how we pay our people to how we pour into communities across the globe, we operate with a simple conviction: business should make lives better.
Workforce Equity & Employee Investment
Dream Team Finishes is a Cuban American-owned, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE certification in process) with a workforce that is majority minority — reflecting the communities we serve and the diversity that drives our creativity and resilience.
We don't just hire people. We invest in them.

The GIFTS Fund
Guide with Vision. Uphold Integrity. Foster Relationships. Show Tenacity. Serve Others.
The GIFTS Fund is Dream Team's structured commitment to community impact — local and global. Named after the five core values that define who we are, GIFTS channels resources, talent, and time toward organizations doing transformational work.
Give Back to Get Back
Employees who volunteer a day of their time to serve the community receive a bonus PTO day in return. We call it Give Back to Get Back — because generosity should be rewarded, not penalized.
Renew Chattanooga — Women's Ministry
Dream Team rebuilt Renew Chattanooga's brand identity, website, and digital donation infrastructure from the ground up — not as a transaction, but as a partnership. We created a modern, easy-to-donate-to platform and launched a Google campaign to expand their reach. We don't just write checks. We teach people to fish.
Renew Chattanooga — Men's Ministry
We provide weekly financial support to the men's ministry and sponsor one man through a full year of rehabilitation annually — covering real costs for real recovery.
Word & Deed Ministry — Uganda
Dream Team is funding and building the digital presence for Word & Deed Ministry in Uganda, an organization teaching trades, agriculture, and sustainable farming techniques to local communities. Our campaign is designed to recruit gap-year young adults and retired tradespeople to serve quarterly as volunteer instructors — connecting skilled American workers with communities building from the ground up.
Calvary Chapel La Esperanza — Xela, Guatemala
In partnership with Renew Chattanooga, Dream Team has sponsored painting missions to Xela, Guatemala, supporting a ministry focused on drug and alcohol rehabilitation. What began as a single trip is being built into an annual and ultimately quarterly mission — growing alongside our team and our capacity to serve. Our reach extends across Central America and the Caribbean, with more partnerships forming as our platform grows.
The construction industry has a long history of taking from communities — extracting labor, moving on, leaving little behind. Dream Team Finishes is building a different model. One where a specialty contractor in Chattanooga, Tennessee is simultaneously raising wages, funding rehab, rebuilding websites for women in recovery, and sending tradespeople to Uganda. That's not charity. That's the GIFTS Fund — and it's just getting started. Dream Team Finishes is actively building a measurable, reportable ESG framework aligned with the expectations of national facility management partners and institutional clients. The GIFTS Fund represents the social pillar of that commitment — tracked, funded, and growing annually alongside our enterprise.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Finishing Better. Wasting Less.
At Dream Team Finishes, environmental responsibility is built into how we select products, manage jobsites, and plan for the future of our operations. We don't chase green certifications for their own sake — we make deliberate choices at every level that reduce our footprint and raise the standard for what a specialty contractor can look like.
Sustainable Product Standards
Dream Team maintains a strict preference for low-VOC and environmentally responsible coatings across all commercial and hospitality projects. Our default specifications prioritize products that protect indoor air quality, reduce chemical emissions, and are manufactured by partners with documented environmental commitments.
Dream Cream — our proprietary white-label interior finish — is a high-build, low-VOC eggshell latex enamel produced exclusively for Dream Team by Farrell-Calhoun, a manufacturer committed to zero hazardous waste production, local raw material sourcing, and LEED-compliant coating formulations. Dream Cream delivers a premium, durable finish while keeping VOC emissions well below industry norms — protecting the environments our clients and their guests live and work in.
KEIM Mineral Paints are a preferred specified material in our portfolio for applicable exterior masonry and facade projects. As one of the most sustainably produced coatings in the world — 100% mineral-based, virtually VOC-free, Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver, and manufactured on solar energy — KEIM represents the highest standard available in long-life, low-impact finishes. When a project calls for it, we specify KEIM.
Sherwin-Williams is a core preferred supplier across Dream Team's commercial and hospitality project portfolio. As one of the industry's most recognized leaders in low-VOC and sustainable coating innovation — with a documented corporate sustainability program and consistent investment in environmentally responsible product development — Sherwin-Williams aligns with our commitment to high-performance, lower-impact finishes on every project.
Responsible Waste Management
Leftover paint and coating materials from Dream Team jobsites are disposed of in full compliance with EPA and DOT hazardous waste regulations. We engage licensed waste transporters and follow RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) standards for classification, documentation, and disposal — ensuring no coating waste enters the environment improperly.
We are actively developing jobsite recycling practices including:
-
Paint can and container recycling — segregating empty metal and plastic containers for proper recycling streams
-
Roller and applicator reduction — standardizing reusable and washable equipment where project conditions allow
-
Material right-sizing — precise quantity estimation to minimize leftover product at project close
-
Packaging consolidation — reducing single-use plastic and cardboard waste through supplier coordination
Fleet & Emissions
Dream Team actively reduces unnecessary emissions through crew carpooling and consolidated trip routing, eliminating redundant vehicle movement on every project. We have placed a deposit on an electric work truck and are committed to transitioning our fleet toward electric and hybrid technology as allocation and infrastructure allow. This is not a future aspiration — it is an active commitment with capital behind it.
Looking Forward
Dream Team Finishes is building an environmental framework that grows with our enterprise. As we continue to grow our national facility management partnerships, we are committed to aligning our practices with the environmental aspirations of institutional clients — including low-VOC product specifications, documented waste management protocols, and a measurable path toward a lower-emissions fleet.
The environment isn't separate from our work. It's the surface we finish on.
GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Built to Be Trusted.
Dream Team Finishes operates with the discipline and transparency that enterprise clients require and that our own values demand. From jobsite safety to financial integrity to client confidentiality, we run a structured, accountable business — because trust is not given at this level. It is earned through systems.
Safety Leadership
Safety is not delegated to a checklist. Dream Team is actively onboarding a fractional Chief Safety Officer — a credentialed safety executive whose standards and protocols will formalize and elevate our already OSHA-compliant field operations. Every crew member holds current OSHA certification, paid for by Dream Team, and every jobsite operates under structured safety expectations enforced by our Foremen and Project Managers. We are building a safety program designed to meet the most rigorous institutional standards in the industry.
Insurance & Compliance
Dream Team Finishes is fully licensed, bonded, and insured across Tennessee and all active operating states. Our coverage includes:
-
$2M General Liability Aggregate
-
$2M Umbrella Policy — available for large-scale and complex project requirements
-
Full Workers' Compensation compliance — across all direct-hire employees
We operate on a direct-hire model — our workforce are Dream Team employees, not day labor — which means our insurance, compliance, and accountability standards apply to every person on every jobsite.
Subcontractor & Collaborator Standards
Dream Team's default model is self-performing with our own trained, direct-hire workforce. When specialized scope requires a collaborative partner, we engage only fully vetted, fully compliant collaborators who meet Dream Team's insurance, conduct, and quality standards. All use of collaborative partners is fully disclosed to the client — no surprises, no shortcuts.
Warranties & Quality Accountability
Dream Team stands behind its work with a one-year workmanship warranty on all projects, backed by the track record of crews who take pride in what they finish. Beyond our own guarantee, clients benefit from manufacturer-backed warranties including Sherwin-Williams product quality assurances and KEIM's 20-year color fade warranty on applicable mineral coating systems — one of the strongest finish guarantees available anywhere in the commercial coatings industry.
Leadership Structure & Reporting
Dream Team operates under a founder-led, functionally structured leadership team built for enterprise accountability:
CEO | Vision, strategy, and client relationships |
Foremen | On-site execution leads on every jobsite, every day |
Project Managers | Dedicated per project, client-facing, accountable for delivery |
Financial Officer | Fiscal accountability and reporting |
CEO
| Vision, strategy, and client relationships |
Chief Strategy Officer | Operational alignment and growth execution |
Revenue Officer | Sales leadership and business development |
Every active project generates daily field reports from our Foremen, compiled into weekly client-facing progress reports — complete with schematics, Gantt charts, and performance data. This is not standard in our industry. It is white-glove project management delivered at the field level.
Client Confidentiality & Facility Security
Dream Team understands that access to commercial, hospitality, and institutional facilities carries responsibility beyond the finish. All project-critical information — facility access credentials, security protocols, client documentation, and site-specific requirements — is maintained in a structured Job Jacket held and managed by the assigned Project Manager. Information is contained, organized, and never exposed beyond the personnel who require it to execute the work.
Dream Team Finishes is actively building a measurable, reportable ESG framework aligned with the expectations of national facility management partners and institutional clients. Our social commitments, environmental standards, and governance practices represent the three pillars of that framework — tracked, documented, and growing alongside our enterprise.
