Dream Team Finishes is a commercial-only painting contractor based in Chattanooga, TN. We paint hotels, restaurants, offices, retail spaces, and commercial properties across the Southeast. Recent projects include the Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga Downtown (the city's first hotel on Main Street — full 6-story interior and exterior scope, 123 rooms), The Waymark Hotel, Fairfield Inn, Little Coyote, and Hyatt Studios Jacksonville. We also bring our own product to every job: Dream Cream — a proprietary high-build commercial paint manufactured right here in Tennessee.

Do you paint outside of Chattanooga?
Yes. We are based in Chattanooga but work throughout the Southeast and the U.S. Past projects include work in Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Virginia, Missouri, Maryland, North Carolina, West Virginia, Alabama, and Louisiana
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every scope we take on is executed by our trained in-house crews. Consistent quality, one point of accountability.
Do you work with general contractors or directly with property owners?
Both. We sub to GCs on new construction and major renovations, and work directly with owners and facility managers on repaints and maintenance programs.
