Standard paint fails in industrial environments. The wrong product on the wrong surface doesn't just underperform — it accelerates damage, invites corrosion, and costs far more to remediate than it would have cost to get right the first time. Dream Team Finishes applies high-performance industrial coating systems for manufacturing plants, warehouses, processing facilities, and heavy commercial properties across the Southeast and the U.S.
We've applied industrial systems at many Southeast facilities including Chattanooga's Riverport
Road corridor. Read more about our approach to industrial coatings.
Industrial Coatings
The right coating system for environments that punish the wrong one.
Tank Lining
Tanks require immersion-grade lining systems engineered for their specific contents — water, fuel, chemicals, or waste. We perform holiday film thickness testing and adhesion checks as standard. A failed tank lining is a containment problem, not just a coating problem.
Plural Component Epoxies
Mixed at the gun using specialized spray equipment, plural component systems produce higher-performance coatings than single-component products can achieve. The right call for demanding environments where standard epoxy won't hold up long-term.
Protective Coatings & Corrosion Control
Zinc-rich primers and corrosion-resistant topcoat systems that actively defend structural steel — not just cover it. Applied to building components, structural systems, piping, and equipment across the Southeast.
Sandblasting & Surface Preparation
The coating is only as good as the surface beneath it. We self-perform all abrasive blasting and mechanical surface profiling — removing rust, mill scale, old coatings, and contaminants before a single drop of product is applied.
Urethane & Polyurethane Coatings
UV-stable and flexible — urethane handles exterior surfaces that expand and contract with temperature swings without chalking, fading, or cracking. Often used as a finish coat over epoxy for a complete interior-to-exterior protection system.
High-Performance Epoxy Coatings
Epoxy cures into a rigid, chemical-resistant film with exceptional adhesion to concrete and metal. The right choice for interior floors, secondary containment, structural steel, and any surface facing direct chemical contact or heavy impact.

What We Paint
What industries do you serve?
Manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage processing, warehousing, logistics, and mixed-use industrial properties throughout Chattanooga, the Southeast and the entire East Coast.
Do you perform sandblasting in-house?
Yes. We self-perform all abrasive blasting. Contractors who control their own prep produce more consistent results because there's no gap in accountability between prep and application.
Why does surface prep matter so much?
It determines whether the coating bonds or fails. Rust, mill scale, and old coatings all prevent proper adhesion. Rushing prep is the number one reason industrial coatings fail prematurely — we self-perform it and treat it as seriously as the coating itself.
How is industrial paint different from standard commercial paint?
Industrial coatings bond more aggressively to metal and concrete, cure harder, and are formulated to resist chemical exposure, temperature extremes, and continuous wear that standard architectural paint can't handle.
